Green Bliss Smoothie

There’s no better way to incorporate more greens into your diet than with a green smoothie!

This smoothie has a well-balanced sweet creamy texture that really off-sets any bitterness of the greens, making them nearly undetectable!

Ingredients

Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies

  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
  • 2 cups spinach or kale, or a mix of both
  • 1/4 to 1/2 medium avocado, depending on how creamy you want it
  • 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smoothie
